PRIVACY
NOTE.
Appleton Radio is a historical archive, not a data business. This page explains the small amount of information used to operate the site.
Contact messages
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you submit. The information is delivered privately to Appleton Radio through Resend so we can read and answer your inquiry. It is not displayed publicly or sold.
Site analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand broad site activity such as page visits, episode plays, downloads, and feature usage. Appleton Radio uses these reports to improve the archive, not to build personal profiles.
Hosting and spam protection
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes contact-form requests, and provides automated-spam protection through Turnstile. These services may process technical details such as an IP address, browser information, and request timing as part of operating and securing the site.
Retention and your choices
Contact messages may remain in Appleton Radio’s private email records while useful to the conversation or archive. Do not send passwords, financial information, or other sensitive personal information. You may contact us to request correction or deletion of a previous message.
