Nate & Laura show off Shupe's Back Last night we had one of the hardest working men in Maine hip-hop on the show to discuss his new EP. Nate Shupe is not only the beat conductor for the Sandbag crew, but also the driving force behind the hip-hop open mic night that has been a staple in the Portland music scene for over a decade. Along with his partner Ill by Instinct, they have elevated this night by having local performances every week and even attracting national artists to extend tours up to the great state of Maine. He recently released his debut EP cleverly named “Shupe’s Back”. Not only is he back for the first time, but to fully get the title you need to check out the album cover. The Shupe's Back EP, get it while you can! In usual Appleton fashion we cover everything from Rap Night to beat tapes and beyond! Check out the podcast and enjoy our show with the floppy disc jockey!
