Flowpez, Kristina Kentigian, and Jay Caron This week on Appleton Radio we were excited to have a veteran female vocalist that has been putting it down in Portland since the late 90′s. Her introduction to the Portland music scene was with hip-hop crew Ill Natural, who seemed to be everywhere in the early 2000′s, opening up for many of national acts at the State Theater. Kristina Kentigian has been on everything as of late, collaborating with the likes of Trail’s, Lady Essence and all three members of Educated Advocates. With her first solo effort coming out at the end of this year we had plenty of exclusive music to play and even more to speak on. With the homie’s Jay Caron & Flowpez in the house, we also got a bit of info on what's been going down up in Waterville. So check out the podcast and get familiar with what's going on here in the 207!
