“On It Like That” with Mic Stylz, J’You, and Illicit

One of the greatest things about doing the Appleton Radio live show every week is the opportunity to catch up with local artists and hear directly from them. Most of the time our guests are straight out of the 207, but occasionally we get to sneak in some National and New England acts. Last night we were able to get it in with not just one, but three talented and versatile emcees representing the 617, 508, 978 and several other exchanges I don’t know about in Massachusetts. Mic Stylz, who a lot of our listeners are probably familiar with due to the time he spent in the 207, was in town to drop rhymes at The Big Easy’s Rap Night and he brought fellow Mass. representatives J’You and Illicit with him. Mic Stylz, J'You, & Illicit Fresh off a show Tuesday night in Augusta the guys arrived nice and early, managers and beer included, and were in the studio with us the entire night. The vibe was good and it was obvious we would have a live show and a good night in Appletonland.
