This is a big week for hip hop in the state of Maine. Pseudo Slang rocked at Rap Night Wednesday, Sandbag & Eyenine are set to open for Raekwon of Wu Tang at Port City tonight, Mike Clouds came out of hiding, and Spose released The Audacity! Monday, a day early by accident, plus he plays two shows at Empire Friday night. Even after mentioning all this we’re still leaving plenty of things out so sit back and enjoy tonight’s show- it’s a great time to be a fan! Our regular listeners know we usually play a full hour of local flavor before jumping into an interview but we changed that up a little bit with Spose last night. In addition to bringing you some of the latest and greatest 207 tracks for a half hour Spose started out his time with us playing songs from fellow P. Dank label-mates Lady Essence & Educated Advocates. Once we get through that it’s all Spose, all the time. We cover numerous topics this podcast but the emphasis is on The Audacity! and Spose does not hold back letting us play several records from the album. All that plus Spose answers a bunch of questions that fans and listeners submitted (we’re sorry we didn’t have time for them all!). Check out the podcast below, you know the drill. One last friendly tip, if you are new to The Appleton Radio Show and here for the first time looking for SpizzySpose material, you should search for him in the upper right search box on the website. That is all, enjoy the show!
